Please note that if a security issue related to Android occurs, we must first report it to Google ourselves. When new security updates and patch updates or new operating system versions are available, your tablet will receive a notification with instructions on how to perform the update. You can also check and update the system version at any time in "Settings > System Update" on your tablet, or view the log information of the current system version. It is recommended that you update the software to the latest system version as soon as possible to get the latest updates and improvements.
All YNC-manufactured tablets and smart terminals will receive regular security updates and patches for 3 years. Please note that the availability of tablet and smart terminal models manufactured by Shenzhen YNC Electronics Co., Ltd. may vary in your country, as not all models are available or sold in your country. In addition, some operators may adopt different device update frequencies.
